When it came to workouts, I would watch videos and follow workout challenges found on Pinterest. Yet, none had a structured day by day workout plan that I could really sink my teeth into. I realized that I really enjoyed the personal trainer experience. I struggled with connecting and being satisfied with my workouts. Luckily, I discovered the 8 Fit app!
This app is so easy to follow, it’s like having a personal trainer right there with you. You start off creating a log on and answering a few questions: Do you want to loose weight? Do you want to burn fat or do you want to tone? Intensity level, jumping exercise, moderate,etc. Age, weight, and weight goal. In the end these questions help 8 Fit create your various personalized exercise routine. Once the information is processed you can pick a program and start exercising.
Its easy and simple to do from the comfort of your home. You have easy to follow demonstration videos for each exercise (which is fantastic), automatic timers cue you when to begin and stop. It then proceeds to the next workout . You can use items you have at home, no need to go out and buy weight machines, weights,etc. Don’t let the easy part fool you! These workouts are designed to work all your muscles. At the end of the day you will feel your workout. This app also includes yoga programs and meal plans. I highly recommend this app. My mom and I love it and use it everyday.
