Get excited for these delicious No-Bake Energy Snacks! Easy to make, filled with protein, carbs, and healthy fats. Great for popping them as a snack before and after a workout.
I’ll admit, I have been dying to make these, after scrolling through Pinterest and seeing tons of delicious no bake snacks. They are so easy to make! All you need are four ingredients: peanut butter, honey, oats, and chocolate chips.
I got this recipe from chef savvy and slightly adapted it. So scroll on down for the recipe and enjoy these peanut buttery goodness.
- 1cup Oats
- 2/3cup Peanut Butter
- 1/4cup Dark Chocolate Chips
- 2Tbsp. Honey (or agave)
To make the energy bites:
In a large bowl mix all the ingredients together until combined.
Once everything is combined, cover it with plastic wrap, and place in the fridge for about 35 min. to harden. (This makes it easier to roll them into shape).
Lastly, take the mixture out of the fridge and begin rolling them into any shape you desire.
And its easy as 1, 2, 3… They are super delicious and I highly recommend you make these as soon as possible!
** I had dried cranberries sitting in my pantry and decided to add some cranberries to half of the mixture. They make them sweeter and personally even better.
